Senior Strategy & Operations

Pennylane is looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations professional to join the Strategy & Operations function in Paris, helping to improve productivity and drive transformation within Customer Success. The role involves observing, challenging the status quo, and implementing new information systems and organizational changes across CS, working with data, sales, and finance as needed. The candidate should have experience in transformation and productivity improvement, project management, strong communication, and an interest in AI/no-code automation. English proficiency is required; the team values collaboration, business impact, and the ability to prioritize high-impact actions.
