Wet paint painter

On whether you have experience in wet painting and want to work in a modern industrial environment. We are recruiting wet painters for Lainisalo Defence Painting Oy in Kaarina. In this role you work in industrial surface finishing and are responsible for wet painting of metal parts as well as other painting shop tasks. The company is part of the Lainisalo Group, founded in 1990, specialising in industrial surface finishing. They are known for quality workmanship, modern equipment, and skilled staff. Lainisalo Defence Painting has started a strategic partnership with Stera Technologies Oy to expand surface finishing activities and introduce new production facilities and modern painting lines. Your workday as a wet painter involves surface preparation, wet painting, and other painting shop tasks. The job is physical and requires careful, precise work. You work as part of a team but a proactive, independent work style is valued. Work starts in July; hours are generally Monday–Friday 06:00–14:00. Initially one shift, with readiness for two shifts in the future. We value: experience in wet painting or industrial surface finishing; understanding of surface finishing processes; experience with blasting (sand/blast) or zinc blasting is a plus; good attitude, careful and precise work, and proactive approach; ability to work both independently and as part of a team; fluent Finnish; forklift experience and basic IT skills are a plus.
