Hospitality Establishment Receptionist

We are seeking a Receptionist for Saariselkä for the winter season 2026–2027. In this role you will be among the first people guests meet when they arrive and often the person guests turn to for various situations during their stay. The work days include more than check-in and check-out; you will advise guests, handle reservations, resolve practical matters, and collaborate with other hotel staff. The environment is international and during the winter season days can be fast-paced. What we expect from you: previous experience in hotel reception or other customer service duties; ability to work independently and handle several tasks simultaneously; you communicate and act professionally with guests, even when surprises arise. We also expect: good customer service attitude, proactive and responsible work approach, ability to solve situations independently, good teamwork, fluent Finnish and English, willingness to work with international guests, flexibility for seasonal work. A driving license and own car are an advantage. What the job offers: you will spend an entire winter season in Saariselkä and work in a smaller hotel environment where personal service and an individual touch are visible in the guest experience. The contract runs for the winter season 2026–2027, from November to the end of March. Accommodation can be arranged during the work period, so you do not need to live there beforehand.
