Attendo Rautu Espoo is recruiting a caregiver for a development disability unit in Espoo. At Attend, we aim to be a home first for elderly people, people with disabilities and those in recovery from mental health and substance use challenges. Our staff contribute to high resident satisfaction and employee satisfaction through leadership, customer experience and meaningful encounters. As a caregiver you map residents’ strengths, identify their needs for assistance, plan, implement and evaluate residents’ functioning and care together with the residents. Your work helps residents at Attendo homes enjoy a good, high‑quality everyday life. The duties include providing residents’ assisted living in a versatile way; planning and taking part in excursions and recreational activities with our great team; gaining additional experience and training in disability work. Requirements include a Social and Health Care qualification (practical nurse or AMK), vaccination protection under the Infectious Diseases Act for the duration of the employment, hygienic certificate or ability to obtain within three months, fluent Finnish, criminal background check for contracts longer than three months when working with minors/elderly/disabled, and the SOTE professional card (varmennekortti).
