Technology Strategy & Transformation Manager

Work you’ll doIn this role you will be a key part of our Technology Strategy & Transformation team. Our varied client assignments are related to e.g. digital & AI transformation, IT sourcing, M&A activities, re-shaping client’s IT operating model, and shaping client’s technology architectures and roadmaps. As a manager you will be in a key role in our client assignments and take part on sales activities. Your day-to-day work consists of delivering high quality technology projects within the team, leading engagement teams, and participating in selling processes with more experienced colleagues. Our practitioners are motivated by genuine interest and curiosity towards the problems they solve, originating from very different fields of business. We commit ourselves to providing these truly interesting opportunities to all our practitioners and expect this to turn into incomparable performance in the eyes of our clients. We engage the whole project team to work closely with the client and each other – to consult, debate, create and iterate. Qualifications: To succeed in this role you* have a master’s degree in a relevant field (for example in information technology, knowledge management, computer science or information management) * are genuinely passionate about technology and business development preferably have 5+ years of relevant work experience in technology with a solid track record (eg. solution selling, CIO-office, technology strategy, IT operating model, software development, cloud technology, technology architecture or system deployment)* have solid project management skills * prior experience from consulting, software/technology sales and business development in the large organization is considered as an advantage * have great MS Office skills * have ability to see the big picture and analytical approach to problem solving * understand how agentic AI is impacting the IT and business operations * have enthusiasm to work together with others, both with colleagues and clients * are continually striving to exceed expectations have fluent language skills in Finnish and in English Additional Information: When: Apply now or by September 13th at the latest.
