We are seeking a Varhaiskasvatuksen lastenhoitajaa for Pilke Aurora day care in Kaarina. The position is temporary until 18 December 2026, with a possibility to extend. We value a strong pedagogical approach, a positive and proactive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to meet children sincerely. Our way of working is solution-oriented and we encourage trying new things. In Pilke day cares, work is distributed among adults working with children so that everyone has time to focus on their work and do it as well as possible. We require a professionally suitable social and health care basic degree (e.g., child care worker or practical nurse including child care and upbringing studies) or another equivalent qualification, and the selected candidate must present a criminal record extract as required by the Criminal Records Act. We offer a monthly salary of 2476.15–2677.64 EUR depending on experience, support for training and qualification, an inspiring and gentle working culture, a community committed to the best for the child, and opportunities to work in a visually rich early childhood education focusing on art and expression.
