Excavator Operator

Excavator Operator in Kouvola Kouvola Fixed-term, full-time Published: 06.10.2026 – Applications close: 24.10.2026 We are seeking a skilled excavator operator for our client’s worksite at the Kouvola data centre. The main task is loading trucks with a 45-tonne excavator, so we are looking for an operator with experience of large excavators and previous experience in loading work. The work will initially last about two months. If things go well and the cooperation works, there is an opportunity to continue at the site for longer. What do we expect? - Previous experience as an excavator operator - Experience with large excavators, preferably machines of around 30–50 tonnes - Experience loading vehicles - An independent and responsible approach to work - A valid Occupational Safety Card - Knowledge of 3D Novatron What do we offer? - An initial worksite assignment of about two months in Kouvola - Pay according to the Infra-sector collective agreement, taking skills and experience into account - Quality work clothing - A skilled and good work community - Unfortunately, accommodation is not available.
