The job sites are varied and the applicant is expected to have a proactive and motivated attitude toward the construction field. The duties include various tasks for a construction helper, such as concreting, cleaning and protection work. The work starts according to the agreement and there is potential for longer-term employment. Success in the job requires: a proactive attitude and reliability; a valid safety card; experience in construction; owning a car is an advantage; good Finnish language skills since the training and safety instructions are in Finnish.
