We are growing our team of Kultapalat family childcare providers in Tuusula. The caring individuals we seek open their homes to children who form their first bonds outside their own families. Safe and high-quality early childhood education is every child's right, and we want to enable it with your help! Kultapalat family childcare providers work in groups of up to four children. A small group size enables a wide range of activities throughout the day, which you decide. We provide the framework, but you keep the freedom to do the work. In addition to freedom in work, the income from the job is on average about €3000/month when you have four children in care, plus seven weeks of vacation per year. The work is done as a franchising entrepreneur within the Kultapalat chain. Don’t be intimidated by the word entrepreneur—we have thought of everything for you. You do not need to know anything about business operations, as long as you approach early childhood education with passion for children and can get along well with us adults as well. With us you will build a higher income, gain the freedom to plan your caregiving days yourself, and offer little gold-pieces of life together with warm memories. What we expect from you: * Daycare experience * Appropriate training or a desire to study while working * A safe and clean home * Clean criminal background and good credit history * A desire to modernise early childhood education * Good interaction skills * Cooking skills What we offer: * A complete Kultapalat family childcare concept already proven by several of our entrepreneurs.
