Demolition Worker

We are seeking demolition workers for a fixed-term project in Mynämäki. The job includes a variety of interior demolition tasks. We are looking for diligent and conscientious workers who want to do physical labor and develop into a multi-skilled professional in the construction field. The project duration is estimated at 1.5–2 months, and we hope you can start as soon as possible and commit to the project timeframe. Your duties include various interior demolition tasks, dismantling structures and materials, operating a chipping hammer and other hand tools, sorting and moving demolition waste, keeping the site clean and safe, and other necessary construction and demolition tasks on the site. The work is mainly indoors and physically demanding, so good physical condition and a brisk work pace are important. To succeed you should be diligent, conscientious, and reliable; work carefully and precisely; be able to use various hand tools and the chipping hammer or be willing to learn; have good problem-solving skills; get along with different people and be a good team member; have good physical condition; hold a valid occupational safety card; be prepared to do physical demolition work; be able to work independently and proactively. Previous experience in demolition or construction and relevant training are considered an advantage, but the most important is a positive attitude, motivation, and a will to do the job well.
