Practical nurse

We are seeking a practical nurse to join the home care team in Kauhava. You will also have the opportunity to work with the Seinäjoki home care team. You will visit clients at their homes to support their functional capacity and wellbeing. Your duties include nursing and medication administration and monitoring, personal hygiene and nutrition, restorative nursing to maintain functioning, and meeting clients and their families with true presence. Home care is more than nursing; it is care, listening and time for our clients. In addition you will have: a practical nurse qualification; valid medication theory studies (they can be completed with us if needed); B-class driving license and ability to use your own car at work.
