Global Benefits Design Expert

Pebl is seeking a strategic Global Benefits Design Expert to lead the What and Where of our global benefits portfolio. You will own the design, negotiation, and product partnership strategy, ensuring our supplemental benefits offerings are competitive, scalable, and fully aligned with our goal of reaching a 67% company-wide attach rate. You will champion a Benefits-First approach, shifting our strategy from allowance-based models to high-margin, revenue-generating insurance plans. Lead responsibilities include Plan Design & Roadmap, Vendor Management, Product Road Map, Program Socialization, and Strategic Renewal Quality. Preferred skills include Global Benefits Strategy & Design, Vendor & Broker Management, Financial & P&L Acumen, Product Partnership & Roadmap Execution, Cross-Functional Socialization, Project Management, and Data-Driven Decision Making. Educational requirements mention a Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of experience in benefits delivery.
