Finnish is the primary work language; fluent English is required, with Swedish as a plus. Requirements
- A relevant university degree
- Experience using and developing scheduling systems
- Experience developing scheduling processes, operating models, quality and optimization, and implementing centralized scheduling
- Good knowledge of labor law and collective agreements
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Experience with reporting, data analysis and forecasting development
- Ability to identify development targets and implement changes
- Experience in training, guiding, or supporting supervisors
- Finnish as working language; proficient English; Swedish is a plus
