WFM Specialist

Responsibilities include: being the main user of the Quinyx scheduling system, training and guiding supervisors in scheduling, monitoring quality and efficiency, developing reporting and metrics, forecasting and optimizing workforce needs, piloting centralized scheduling, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and collective agreements, and collaborating with HR, business, supervisors, and system vendors to deploy new practices. Requirements include a suitable university degree, experience with scheduling systems and their development, process optimization of scheduling, knowledge of labor law and collective agreements, strong analytical/numeric skills, experience with reporting and forecasting, ability to identify development opportunities and implement changes, and experience in training or supporting supervisors. Finnish is the primary work language; fluent English is required, with Swedish as a plus.
