Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, as a Customer Service & Sales Representative you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, taking ownership of customer enquiries while supporting sales activities and continuous process improvements. Build strong customer relationships by delivering an outstanding service experience at every touchpoint. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes and operational efficiency.
