Restaurant Manager

We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for KFC in the capital area. The role involves leading restaurant staff and coordinating daily operations, driving sales according to set targets, budgeting, and ensuring excellent customer experience by motivating the team. You will schedule shifts, comply with legislation and collective agreements, recruit, train and develop staff with shift managers and trainers, drive team development and performance reviews, improve profitability through resource and inventory management and performance analyses, and ensure compliance with KFC standards. The candidate should have at least one year of experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role, strong leadership and teamwork skills, solid customer service and hospitality understanding, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, familiarity with KPIs and business metrics, proficiency with MS Office, flexibility to work around opening hours, excellent Finnish and English language skills, and resilience to adapt during opening of a new restaurant.
