We are seeking seasonal windshield installers for our client company across Uusimaa. Work locations are in Vantaa, Espoo, Helsinki, Tuusula, and Järvenpää. The job involves comprehensive installation of windshields, gluing, and calibrations. We are looking for both those with some experience in the field and those just starting out. The requirement for the job is a basic understanding of windshield installation, gained through work experience or hobby. The job includes training with an experienced professional and orientation. Work begins in spring and continues into late autumn. The position starts with a rental agreement, after which there is an opportunity to become a permanent employee directly with the client company. You are suitable for this job if you have: Diverse experience in windshield installation, regardless of the extent of experience; Basic skills used in windshield installation; Automotive training or similar education; Knowledge or skills with calibration devices; Good manual skills and quality workmanship; Proficiency in Finnish and English; A valid B driver's license. It is also beneficial (but not essential) if you have: Experience in repairing windshield cracks and installing impact shields. We offer you: Salary according to collective agreement or better, paid on time. The monthly salary in this role ranges from 2200 to 2600 euros plus experience bonuses, depending on your skills and experience.
