Role Purpose Nurse Practitioner to deliver Neko's preventive-care model to members in New York — using advanced, non-invasive technology and clinical expertise to identify health risks early and translate findings into action plans that genuinely change what a member does next. This is a deeply collaborative role at the intersection of clinical excellence, member experience, and a conviction that catching things early changes lives. You'll practice with autonomous scope where appropriate, partner closely with Physicians for escalation and collaborative review, and work alongside Operators and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, insight-driven member experience. Minimum Requirements - Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license. - National board certification (ANCC or AANP) in good standing. - At least 1+ year of post graduate experience - Recent outpatient experience required (at least a year in the past 5 years) - Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment.
