We are seeking an earthmoving worker to join as a teammate to the excavator operator in Helsinki. The position is part of a professional work community that values safety, collaboration and practical know-how. YOUR TASKS: - Assist the excavator operator on site and ensure safe use of the machine and attachments - Manage marking of the work area and the movement of materials between work phases - Participate in daily machine inspections and maintenance and report any faults observed - Work closely with other site staff and follow site instructions and safety regulations WHAT WE EXPECT: - Previous experience in construction or digging work - Positive, responsible and cooperative attitude - Basic knowledge of machine operation and quick learner - Good motivation and ability to work independently during peak times - Cabling and sewer installation skills are a plus OFFER: - Clear orientation and opportunities to develop in the field - Salary according to expertise
