Personal Assistant

Aarre Avustajat is seeking new personal assistants to provide flexible, paid support to clients in private social services under the private sector collective agreement. The role involves acting as the client’s hands and feet to perform everyday tasks the client would do themselves, both at home and outside, supporting independence. Previous experience in caregiving is not required; a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to help are key. The job offers flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends, with the possibility to influence how much and when you work and to what client. You will receive ongoing guidance from a supervising coordinator. When starting, applicants will complete a onboarding process at Aarre Akatemia.
