Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are looking for an Early Childhood Education Teacher to join Maitorpan Daycare in Vantaa for a permanent position starting 1 September 2026 or as agreed. The day care operates four groups of children and emphasizes strong small-group activities aligned with the early childhood education curriculum. The team includes two broad-scope early childhood special education teachers who will assist with child-support matters and work flexibly with their own schedules. A development nurse supports family collaboration. You will work in a positive, relaxed environment that values professionalism and a culture of inclusion. The work schedule includes one full sak day per rotation and a weekly sak time for all teachers. We expect a positive, developmental attitude, enthusiasm for pedagogical play, and comfort using images to support communication. You will lead your own team and contribute to the well-being and growth of children, while working collaboratively with colleagues.
