Open application for Google Workspace Consultants at Gapps. The hybrid role is based at the Helsinki HQ or remotely from Finland. Gapps wants to meet professionals early and build connections with people who care about connecting business, people and technology. The opening covers two roles in the Google Workspace team: Project & Change Managers lead delivery and change, while Solution Architects / Engineers own the technical backbone. Applicants should say which role suits them. The work includes Google Workspace deployments, migrations, configurations, adoption, AI enablement and large-scale transformation. You will work with customers and colleagues on environments that are technically sound, secure and suited to how organizations work. The role involves ownership, customer contact and responsibility beyond a fixed task list. Project & Change Managers lead projects from discovery through cutover and beyond; plan change, communication, adoption and training; align customer IT, information security, HR and business stakeholders; reset expectations and priorities as plans change; clear blockers; and work with technical specialists to make decisions work for end users. Projects range from merger migrations to organization-wide moves. Solution Architects / Engineers design and configure Workspace environments, including identity, access and device management; plan and run migrations and cutovers between Microsoft and Google or between Google environments; integrate other customer systems; and work on security including data classification, DLP controls and access rights. They can bring AI tools such as Gemini into customer environments safely, keeping data within users' access boundaries, and advise colleagues on technical decisions and their practical effects. A typical week includes customer meetings and workshops remotely and occasionally on-site; project planning, coordination and configuration reviews; rollout support; internal collaboration; documentation, onboarding and training materials; environment reviews; and problem-solving when plans change. Customer stakeholders may include IT, project managers, information security and legal, HR, communications, business stakeholders and steering groups. You are expected to own your part and communicate clearly. You should have hands-on Google Workspace experience or experience leading change in real organizational environments. You connect technology with people's work, communicate well with stakeholders, take calm ownership in changing situations, and value learning, professional judgment and sustainable quality. Workspace knowledge helps in project leadership; the technical track calls for solid practical experience in organizational environments. Security depth is a plus. After 6–12 months, success means customers trust your expertise and reliability, projects progress smoothly and issues surface early, you help improve delivery, and your understanding of Workspace environments, risks and best practices has grown.
