Precast Concrete Designer – come and build the smartest solutions in the field with us Base: Helsinki (Käpylä) + flexible remote work Employment: Permanent, full-time Things are working well at INTEC, and we are now looking for an experienced precast concrete designer to strengthen our growing organisation. We are looking for someone who wants to help build a modern structural design company, a place where designers genuinely have the opportunity to influence working practices, solutions and the company’s development. You will not be left as just another resource on a project; you will be part of a team whose views are listened to. Our projects are varied and range from industrial, commercial and office developments to demanding renovation and special projects. We work closely with contractors, clients and other design disciplines, so a practical approach is strongly reflected in our everyday work. What do we expect from you? You have a few years of experience in precast concrete design and want to continue developing your skills. We especially value experience with precast frames and connection details, as well as taking construction-site techniques into account in design. Experience in building information modelling for structural design projects, drawing details and machine-shop design is considered an advantage. We hope you have: - Experience in precast concrete design - Good skills in Tekla Structures and AutoCAD - The ability to work independently and collaborate smoothly in project teams - A solution-oriented and practical approach - A higher-education qualification in construction (M.Sc.
