Christmas Assistant

We are now looking for SANTAS HELPERS and CHRISTMAS ASSISTANTS to Harriniva Hotels & Safaris, Muonio, Lapland, Finland for Christmas 2026. As a Christmas Assistant, you will be part of creating unforgettable holiday experiences for guests. Your tasks can include spreading Christmas cheer as elves, assisting with various Christmas activities, or for example cooking pancakes at Santa's cabin. Work will be starting in mid-November 2026 and last until early January 2027. Success at work is guaranteed by: enthusiasm for the holiday season and a passion for creating magical moments. strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests. ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment. flexibility to work in various tasks. fluency in English; additional languages like French are a big plus. previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
