Sales Representative

OmaColor Oy is seeking a sales representative to join our team. You will be provided with ready-made meetings, support from a strong team, and a clear earning model. The role includes a thorough training program and a structured sales process, with 2–3 prepared client meetings per day. You can structure your own calendar on a weekly basis. You will only sell high-quality and competitively priced services. To succeed, you should enjoy solution-focused sales, be proactive and goal-oriented, and have an entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take responsibility and make decisions. Sales experience is a plus, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are valued. You must be of legal age and own a car to meet with customers. Salary ranges from 2,000 to 15,000 EUR per month, with commissions and a typical monthly earning around 7,500 EUR; the goal with standard effort is about 6,000 EUR per month.
