Personal Assistant

A Personal Assistant role at Validia Oy in Riihimäen area. The position involves home or out-on-home support for people in the disability services circle. Tasks include assistance with hobbies or studies, housekeeping, and enabling participation in leisure activities. The assistant may also provide companionship. The aim is to support living at home as long as possible and to enable active, meaningful everyday life while respecting the client’s self-determination. No formal education or prior experience is required, though they are a plus. We follow TES collective agreements with pay class G15A, offer flexible working hours, and opportunities to pursue further studies in social and health care.
