About the role

We are seeking an Occupational Well-being Specialist for our HR team who has the desire and ability to further develop the work capacity and well-being of Vantti employees. We have achieved excellent results in the 'Finland's Most Inspiring Workplaces' personnel survey, and we want to continue our determined work to promote work capacity, well-being, and good management. In this role, you will serve as an important partner to supervisors and management. You will support, advise, and help structure challenging situations and find effective solutions regarding work capacity, occupational health and safety, and work safety issues. Your duties include, among others: - proactive support for supervisors and management within the agreed service framework - monitoring work capacity situations using up-to-date data and planning impactful measures - developing occupational health and safety operating methods, instructions, and practices - utilizing personnel and occupational well-being data, reporting, and supporting the use of systems - cooperation with occupational health services, insurance companies, and other partners - advising and supporting supervisors in occupational health and safety processes and risk assessment The role is versatile, and its final focus areas will be formed based on your expertise, strengths, and Vantti's goals. Currently, a central role is supporting supervisors in managing responsible, caring, and service-oriented personnel. What we expect from you: Success in this position requires a suitable university degree and good proficiency in Finnish. We value experience in work capacity and occupational health and safety processes, occupational health cooperation, and supporting supervisors in various change situations. Additionally, you have a good knowledge of work capacity and occupational safety legislation. Your approach to work is active and solution-oriented, and you enjoy a role that requires collaboration. You have excellent interaction and communication skills and the ability to work independently as part of a professional personnel services team. You will have a concrete impact on our staff's occupational well-being, work capacity, and safe daily routine, and develop an even better working life at Vantti together with us.
