Machine Operators for the Winter Season

We are looking for machine operators for the winter season in Lohja! We are looking for machine operators for our customer’s winter snow-clearing work. The work sites are in the Lohja area and consist mainly of the outdoor areas of residential and commercial properties. If you enjoy operating machinery, are ready to get to work in changing weather conditions, and are interested in winter snow removal, you may be the person we are looking for! Work duties Your duties will mainly include winter maintenance of property grounds and machine-operated snow removal. Work is carried out in changing weather conditions, so working days and hours are largely determined by the snow situation. Work will begin when the snow season starts, estimated to be in November, and will continue for as long as there is work during the winter season. When snowfall is sufficient, there is plenty of work available. What we expect from you – A category B driving licence is essential. – Previous experience with mechanised snow removal is an advantage. – An energetic and self-directed approach to work. – Readiness to work in changing weather conditions. – Flexibility regarding working hours. – Readiness to work evenings and weekends when necessary. – Carefulness and a responsible approach to work. Employment and pay The employment contract will be made with Teampa Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy, and you will work at our customer company’s sites in the Lohja area. This is an on-call employment arrangement, as the amount of work depends on the weather and snow conditions. There is plenty of work during snowy periods.
