Electrical and HVAC Supervisor

We are looking for an ELECTRICAL AND HVAC SUPERVISOR for our Espoo office. Our projects include various renovation and new-build projects, from commercial premises to residential properties. You may be a seasoned professional who has seen it all in your career, or a beginning supervisor looking for something new. As a supervisor, you will take part in various renovation and new-build projects. As a supervisor: - You will carry out supervisory work following task card RT 10-11295 – the task list for building-services project management. - You will work independently as the client's representative and expert. - You get along with people and have a customer-service-oriented approach. In our unit, more than 40 professionals serve professional and occasional developers, individual companies and organisations, public procurement units, and housing companies in project management, site supervision, client representation, property development, project planning, and other specialist tasks in the field. We are ISO 9001 certified. Qualifications The person we are looking for has: - Experience supervising building-services work in new-build and/or renovation projects. - Enthusiasm and readiness to develop their own expertise and our services. - Construction-sector education suitable for the role: Master of Science in Technology, university of applied sciences engineer, or construction manager. - Good communication and negotiation skills. - RAV/RAP qualification is considered an advantage. - Excellent Finnish skills; other language skills are considered an advantage. - Experience in developer duties for public building projects is considered an advantage. - The work is based at the Espoo office, while project sites vary across the Helsinki metropolitan area. - Ability to work as part of a team and independently. - Experience in industrial supervision or data-centre projects is considered an advantage. - A marketing-minded and approachable manner. - Possibility of using your own car.
