Practical Nurse for Disability Services

What we expect from you We are looking for a practical nurse for our team who is caring and genuinely wants to help others. Practical nurse education: You are a qualified practical nurse or have completed 120 competence points in practical nurse studies. Experience in disability services: We appreciate previous experience in similar duties, but genuine interest and willingness to learn are most important. LOVE medication permits: You must have valid medication permits. If needed, you can complete them through us. Skills in Swedish and Finnish: You have good spoken and written skills in both languages. A people-oriented and responsible approach: You are empathetic, accurate and reliable, and have good teamwork skills. Readiness for varied care duties: The work includes basic care, medication management, help with everyday activities and stimulating activities. We require: Registration in Valvira's register of social and healthcare professionals (Julkiterhikki). Vaccination protection as required by section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act. A tuberculosis assessment under section 55 of the Communicable Diseases Act for everyone who meets THL's risk criteria. A valid social and healthcare professional card (SOTE card). Experience in care work and knowledge of basic care. We also check a criminal record extract for work with older people, people with disabilities and children. The collective agreement for the private social services sector, salary group G22, applies to our disability services provided in customers' homes. Hourly pay: €15.50–17.55, depending on the number of years of experience. The work consists of on-call shifts as needed.
