Join our team! We are looking for a versatile and skilled marketing designer for a permanent position. The role comprises planning and executing various marketing activities. Your tasks include content creation for Esedu's channels (website, intranet, social media), graphic design and the implementation and development of marketing and communications together with the rest of the marketing team. You will also be responsible for Esedu's visibility and its development, ensuring the brand image across our offices. The role requires an active and independent work attitude, collaboration, and good interaction and communication skills. We expect the ability to produce smooth marketing texts, video production and photography, and a visual eye. The job requires proficiency in WordPress and Microsoft 365, and experience with Adobe layout programs. Managing different social media channels is also required. We expect evidence of content creation skills and marketing/communication execution. The role requires the ability to work with multiple stakeholders; service-minded attitude; openness to different tasks; a positive and solution-oriented approach. You proactively ensure smooth operations even under tight schedules. We also require strong spoken and written communication in Finnish and English and good IT skills. A professional qualification in business, marketing or communications is desirable. The position requires a suitable degree (e.g., business, marketing, communications). The work location is Esedu’s Otavankatu office in Mikkeli. The job is mainly on-site, but partial remote work is possible according to Esedu’s remote-work practices. Travel within South Savo, including Mikkeli and Pieksämäki offices is expected; a driving license is considered an asset. We offer an interesting and diverse role where you can influence.
