Assortment and Procurement Manager

The role is a procurement and assortment manager for Valio Aimo’s wholesale division, responsible for maintaining, developing, procuring and negotiating for the defined product groups in groceries. The position operates in a hybrid working model with on-site at Valio’s headquarters in Pasila, Helsinki. You will work autonomously on your product group, maintain supplier relationships, and collaborate closely with other product team managers and strategic supplier partners. The role offers the opportunity to influence customer satisfaction and business results through assortment, pricing, and product availability. You will be part of a team of professionals dedicated to building a strong food industry wholesale business and contribute to a responsible, Finnish-owned company. What we are looking for: an experienced procurement professional with 2–3 years in the specified product groups, a vision for category management in the Food Service wholesale sector, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, analytical and numeric capability, proactive and organized work approach, SAP system proficiency, relevant education (e.g., commercial), fluent Finnish and English (spoken and written).
