Real estate investment analyst role supporting the real estate and infrastructure investments unit. Responsibilities include investment analysis, property valuation, and assessment of financing solutions; producing market, portfolio and site-specific analyses; developing data- and AI-enabled analytics for portfolio management; developing and maintaining reporting tools; supporting the real estate investment team and portfolio managers; coordinating DD processes, take-over and disposition of real estate deals; supporting leasing and portfolio management in operational management and asset management; participating in team projects and development initiatives; real estate portfolio data management; and other team support tasks. Ideal candidate is proactive, analytical and curious, understands investment analysis and decision-making principles, can form reasoned conclusions independently, is meticulous yet able to see the big picture and identify what matters, and enjoys collaboration to advance the whole team.

Responsibilities
- Support the real estate investment team with analysis and reporting
- Carry out investment analysis, property valuation and assessment of financing solutions
- Produce market, portfolio and property-specific analyses
- Develop data- and AI-enabled analytics for portfolio management
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and systems
- Provide analysis support to portfolio managers and other team members
- Coordinate due diligence processes, take-overs and dispositions of real estate deals
- Support leasing and portfolio management in operational management and asset management
- Participate in team projects and development initiatives
- Manage real estate portfolio data (websites, systems)
- Other team support tasks
Requirements
- Relevant university degree in business, economics, or engineering
- Experience in real estate investing, finance, or analytics tasks
- Strong analytical skills and experience in investment modelling
- Ability to leverage data, technology and AI opportunities
- Good coordination and collaboration skills
- Interest in real estate market dynamics
