Barista at Robert's Coffee in Ainoa shopping centre, Tapiola, Espoo! Our cheerful and professional team is looking forward to a new colleague. At least 30 working hours are available over three weeks, and cover shifts at our two other cafés in the Helsinki region can provide additional hours. The work includes customer service, preparing café drinks and drinks for the display counter, and maintaining the café's cleanliness. Could you be the new barista at Robert's Coffee Tapiola? Robert's Coffee offers delicious specialty coffees as well as savoury and sweet pastries, served with cheerful service. A Robert's Coffee barista is an energetic customer-service professional whose smile remains even during the busiest rush. We expect the following from a barista: - You are proactive and energetic, and enjoy work that can sometimes be busy. - You genuinely care about your work. Ensuring a perfect café experience for the customer matters deeply to you. You are friendly and spread good cheer around you. - You are ready to take responsibility for your shift and are a conscientious and reliable employee. - You have at least one year of previous experience in café work and preparing specialty coffees. - You are ready to work within the café's opening hours on every day of the week, in morning and evening shifts. - You can serve customers fluently in at least Finnish and English. - You have a hygiene passport.
