Operations Manager

About the Role As Operations Manager for Sweden, based in Stockholm, you will own Flovi's daily transport operations in the market — coordinating vehicle relocations, supporting independent drivers and driver companies, and resolving issues in real time — with clear responsibility for growth, efficiency, and service quality as we scale. You will report to the Country Manager for Sweden. You will lead and develop the local operations team of around eight operations specialists and coordinators, manage key partner and driver relationships, and use operational data to drive your decisions. Working closely with central expert teams and local stakeholders, you will identify what is holding growth back and put in place the workflows, capacity, and network needed to expand reliably. Success means the Swedish operation is both reliable day to day and growing. The role requires sound commercial judgment, structured follow-through, fast decision-making, and the ability to stay calm and lead under pressure. What You’ll Be Doing - Run daily operations: Own transport execution, service levels, quality, and cost across Sweden — handle escalations, delays, and no-shows decisively, and step into execution during peaks. - Lead and develop the team: Coach and grow the operations specialists and coordinators, set clear goals, and hold a high bar for execution. - Grow the market: Expand the network of independent drivers and driver companies, and deepen fleet partner relationships to increase covered volume. - Scale with data and process: Use KPIs to find bottlenecks and growth blockers, forecast demand and plan capacity, and standardise core processes so the operation grows without losing reliability. - Partner and report: Work with fleet, customer support, commercial, and central teams to remove friction, keep operations compliant with Swedish labour and safety requirements, and give leadership an early, clear view of performance and risks. Your Impact Success in this role is defined by outcomes. In your first months, you will take charge of daily execution in Sweden, stabilise and sharpen the operation, and build a clear plan for growth. Within the first year, you will have grown covered volume, expanded the driver and partner network, reduced operational friction, and built a team and set of workflows that can scale. Your work will directly shape service quality, provider experience, operational reliability, and Flovi's market position in Sweden. What We Need From You You are an operations leader who takes ownership, thinks commercially, and enjoys making a live operation both more reliable and materially bigger. You bring: - Proven experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, dispatch, or coordination — including experience managing or leading people. - A track record of improving operational KPIs and, ideally, of growing or scaling an operation or market. - Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, dashboards, and operational metrics. - Confident stakeholder and relationship management — with drivers, partners, internal teams, and leadership. - A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to solve problems in real time under pressure. - Reliable follow-through and good prioritisation when things move fast. - Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in growth, efficiency, and operational scalability. - Fluent Swedish and professional English. - Eligibility to work in Sweden.
