We are seeking a premium-level Resort Manager for North Resort Oy to oversee the daily management of the tourism center and the overall development of the business. The role includes leading staff, ensuring high-quality customer experience, safety, finances, and profitable growth. Key responsibilities include overall business, staff, safety, and financial management and premium service delivery; leading sales and marketing development; optimization of occupancy and sales monitoring; development and management of online sales channels and booking systems; budgeting, financial monitoring and reporting; enhancing service quality, customer satisfaction and sustainability; cooperation with travel partners, stakeholders and authorities; regular reporting to the board.

Requirements
- Experience in leading premium travel, hotel or service businesses
- Proven track record of leadership
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Fluent English; other languages a plus
