Job Details
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for adults with substance use disorders
- Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments
- Develop person-centered treatment plans using an ASAM-informed framework
- Support members through all stages of recovery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
- Monitor progress using measurement-based care
- Provide mental health counseling sessions
- Complete training and attend team meetings
- Follow policies and maintain confidentiality
Requirements
- Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in TX, WA, CA, or PA
- 2+ years post-licensed experience
- Ability to work a full 40 hour week
- Telehealth competent
- Caseload of 30 sessions per week
- Experience with SUD psychotherapy
- MI/MET and CBT for SUD familiarity
