During the placement you will join K's work community where what you do is visible, audible, and felt. We teach through practical work and you will be part of the team from your first day. Your duties may include helping customers and service situations; merchandising and maintaining store condition; unloading shipments and checking balances, and practical tasks with the team. You will learn store operations, customer interactions, and the layout of the store as a whole. You will receive team support and guidance, but you can also work independently. We expect you to be amerkonomi student seeking a placement to gain hands-on experience; you enjoy working with people and want to develop; you are willing to ask questions and take on new tasks; you are yourself and bring good energy. Previous retail experience is not required. The most important thing is the enthusiasm to learn and be part of the team.
