Assistant restaurant manager who, together with the restaurant manager, handles operational activities, target achievement, and staff well-being at Hesburger Prisma Heinola. The new Hesburger is spacious and comfortable with over 100 seats. You will be responsible for recruitment and developing the staff skills. Shifts cover all opening hours of the restaurant and Hesburger follows Prisma Heinola opening times. The role includes participation in a forthcoming recruitment round of about 20–25 staff for a new location. Attractive benefits are offered, including discounts on S-group products and services. Compensation is defined by the supervisor-level employment agreement; includes a task-specific responsibility allowance based on competence and experience.
