Project Manager

Job description: Do you want to lead exciting technical development projects and develop as a consultant? AFRY is seeking a project manager who wants to be part of creating future solutions for our customers. Role: As a project manager you drive development projects from planning to execution. You coordinate different technical areas and stakeholders and ensure progress, quality, time and economy. You will, among other things: - Lead and coordinate technical development projects. - Plan and monitor the project's time, economy and deliveries. - Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners. - Manage risks, dependencies and changes. - Prepare decision bases and communicate project status. - Contribute to process and working-method improvements. Qualifications: Your background includes a relevant university education or equivalent experience. Several years of experience driving technical development projects, e.g., in product development, production or industrialization. Experience with risk management, supplier contacts and defense industry or other security-critical operations is an advantage. You are driven, structured and communicative, with natural leadership and the ability to create momentum together with others. Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English.
