Personal Assistant

I am a cheerful and approachable 14-year-old girl and I need a helper to support me in mornings and afternoons. The assistant's tasks include helping me get ready for school and home afterwards, helping with breakfast and snacks, dressing and grooming. I can walk and transfer to a wheelchair if needed. The work is done together with me, taking into account my daily abilities. Hours vary with family schedules and school days, typically 3–5 days per week, usually about 1–1.5 hours in the morning and 1–2 hours in the afternoon. Start times are usually around 6:30 in the morning and around 14:00 or 15:00 in the afternoon. Two assistants can be hired if the candidate is interested only in morning or afternoon shifts. I value flexibility and a positive attitude. Experience with working with youths is preferred but not required. The service is organized with the employer as the employer of the assistant. Payment of wages is handled through the disability services substitute payer. Salary: 13.23 EUR per hour. Add-ons: evening work 15% (18–21), Saturday 25% (00–24 with the preceding day 21–00), Sunday 100% (00–24, with preceding day 21–00), night work 30% (21–06). Seniority increments apply for 1,3,5,8,11 and 14 years. The employment follows the national collective agreement for personal assistants (Hetas).
