Technical Building Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced and proactive technical building maintenance technician for our client in Lahti. The role involves daily maintenance, servicing and upkeep tasks for the property, as well as handling fault reports and service requests through the work management system. The work is hands-on and diverse, allowing you to utilize broad technical expertise and problem-solving skills. Your duties will include general building maintenance, daily inspection rounds, identifying and repairing faults, processing tickets and service requests in the work management system, and other technical tasks related to the building’s functioning. We expect prior experience in technical building maintenance or similar roles, a versatile technical skill set, ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own work, strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and a valid occupational safety card. We offer a responsible and varied role with the opportunity to apply your technical know-how, and to work in an autonomous position. You will have support from a competent team and another building maintenance technician, but you will primarily plan and execute your own work. The position is a regular day shift, 37.5 hours per week. The employment starts through Eezy with a 6-month fixed-term contract, after which the aim is permanent employment in the client company. Salary will be determined based on the selected person’s previous experience and skills, in accordance with the building services sector collective agreement.
