Technical Trainer and Demonstrator

Work location: Training Center Lachaud - France / itinerant post reporting to Paris headquarters. Missions: As part of developing our activities, we are seeking a technical Trainer/Demonstrator apprentice. Reporting to the Campus, you will participate in the animation of trainings and technical demonstrations for our clients, distributors and installation companies, while contributing to the design of teaching aids and pedagogical models. Your main missions include: Participating in the animation of technical demonstrations and training sequences on ROCKWOOL solutions; Supporting trainers and commercial teams during trainings at clients or distributors; Performing practical demonstrations on maquettes for different segments: blowing insulation, converted attics, ITE, ventilated façades, HVAC/FP, etc.; Designing, assembling and maintaining teaching maquettes; Contributing to the logistical preparation of trainings and demonstrations; Providing technical assistance during start-ups of chantier or events; Supporting technical, marketing or sales teams; Participating in competitive intelligence and continuous improvement of demonstration supports. Regular travel in France and occasional abroad. A service vehicle will be provided. A category B driving license is essential. Your future team: You will join a dynamic team where team spirit is key. Your profile: You are pursuing a Bac+2 in the fields of climatic engineering, building, energy efficiency, technical pedagogy, or you are undergoing a professional retraining with relevant experience. Essential: Driving license B; strong interest in building and construction solutions; Extras: enthusiasm for pedagogy and transmission; strong interpersonal and communication skills; organizational sense, autonomy, and rigor; practical/model handling skills.
