Production Worker

We maintain long customer relationships and perform all kinds of metal work without compromising on quality. We operate in Vaasa and Kauhava and serve customers across Finland. We are looking for two production workers for Steelcomp in Kauhava. What would you do with us? Tasks consist of assisting with bending operations alongside a more experienced professional. You will receive thorough onboarding enabling you to gradually take more responsibility and develop into an independent bender. Steelcomp invests in developing staff skills, and the role offers an excellent long-term opportunity to learn a respected metal industry profession. What do we expect from you? Above all, we value initiative, willingness to learn, and commitment. Prior experience in the metal industry is not required, but technical interest, practical approach and good 3D perception help you succeed. Finnish language skills are required for the job. Work is done in two shifts: morning 6:00–14:00 and evening 14:00–24:00 Monday–Thursday, Fridays off. Flexible working hours are available as well. The employment is with Biisoni and the work is performed in Steelcomp Oy's production. The workplace is clean, modern and designed with employees in mind.
