About the role

What You’ll Do: Manage and Develop Long-Term Partner Relationships to Drive Sustainable Growth for Affiliate Partners. Act as the primary point of contact for partners, coordinating across internal teams, including meeting participation, Slack support, and first level partner responses. Deliver against KPIs, growth targets, and key strategic initiatives aligned with business priorities. Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to ensure seamless partner enablement and execution. Monitor market conditions, conduct competitor and tech landscape analysis, and prioritize market segment opportunities. Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans to support execution at scale.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of work experience in account management and project management
  • Experience navigating complex end-to-end sales cycles including RFPs and contract negotiations
  • Native-Level Mandarin and strong English communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt in dynamic environments
  • Strong organizational abilities and stakeholder management
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency
