Early Years Teacher

Ideation becomes exploration—learning joy under your guidance! We are seeking an Early Years Teacher for Touhula Hönttämäki in Oulu. Touhula’s mission centers on children and families; Early childhood education at Touhula emphasizes everyday insights and the people who have the right to influence. In small groups, you will be present and able to affect children’s daily life. You will lead a pedagogical team, plan activities, and implement a high-quality learning process using Touhula Rhythm. Your responsibilities include pedagogical leadership over daily practice, small-group activities, and safe, diverse learning environments; designing and evaluating support measures in collaboration with multi-professional networks; ensuring high-quality customer communications and a positive atmosphere for families; and fostering an inclusive feedback culture to support colleagues. We provide wellbeing support, an extensive onboarding, access to quality pedagogical tools, training opportunities and stipends to support professional development, and a salary that for full-time positions ranges from 2,792.02 to 3,293.23 EUR/month, with final pay depending on experience and any specialist skills.
