HVAC Supervisor

ISS Palveluiden Industry & Technical Services unit provides technical maintenance services, repair work and modernization projects for commercial, office, and industrial properties as well as public facilities. You may train to become an engineer in our in-house university program. We are now looking for an experienced and skilled LVI Supervisor to oversee maintenance services at facilities in the Helsinki region. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for the operational activities of your area, supervisory duties, and customer collaboration. You will ensure the quality and financial performance of maintenance services and develop the business profitably. You will lead your team in an encouraging manner. In addition, you will actively engage with customers to deepen relationships and propose solutions that meet customer needs. The position is permanent and full-time. Working hours are generally weekdays 7–16, with flexibility when necessary. In exceptional cases, work may occur on weekends or at night. You will report to the industry director. We expect at least five years of broad LVI supervision experience and a technical higher education background (LVI technician or engineer). You must have at least two years of experience in customer-facing roles and in bid calculations. You should enjoy working with customers and have a goal-oriented, sales-oriented approach to customer work. You are an inspiring and fair supervisor with strong interpersonal skills. You need fluent IT skills and excellent Finnish language skills. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented and ready to take responsibility and learn new things.
