Are you interested in working in a restaurant in an international work environment? We are looking for a cook for Rovaniemi airport for the winter season 2026-2027. The airport restaurants offer tasty meals as well as café and bar services. Ahkio menus take Lapland seasons into account, with classic dishes and international foods with a local twist. The airport is a busy and unique workplace where you will meet diverse customers and use your language skills daily. The restaurant is part of SSP Finland Oy. We seek a cook for the winter season 2026-2027, from mid-November to late February, with 90 hours per 3 weeks. Salary is negotiated based on experience and competence, in accordance with the Hospitality and Tourism collective agreement (13.70–15.04 €/h plus benefits). Note that having a car is almost necessary for commuting as public transport does not cover all shifts. We can assist with housing in Rovaniemi during the employment. We expect: passion for passengers, education and experience in cook tasks, good ability to work under pressure and cooperate, a clean background (all selected candidates will undergo a short security clearance), hygiene certificate.
