In this role, you will work with a consulting approach, taking holistic care of your international clients' payroll administration. You will maintain regular contact with your clients and provide your expertise for their use. In the senior role, your duties also include supporting clients and team members with payroll questions, and you will be responsible for client onboardings in service operations. You will get to work with interesting clients and influence the flow of your working days. In our versatile and modern organization, there are plenty of opportunities! You can plan and implement your work independently, but you will always have the support of your own team and our entire broad expert organization. Through Rantalainen's internal career paths, you have the opportunity to advance into specialist or supervisory roles if desired. Your team's base is located at our Keskuskatu office in Helsinki. We hope that you can work at our office with other team members when necessary. By agreement, you can also work partially remotely. What do our experts think is best about Rantalainen? You will receive internal support from a professional organization, extensive training opportunities, and modern tools, such as an electric desk for remote work. As a flexible employer, we offer you the freedom to plan your own work, flexible working hours, and the possibility of remote work, so that combining work and other areas of life is smooth. You have a good understanding of the overall payroll administration and a desire to develop your own expertise. Experience with Mepco software is an advantage, but we also value expertise in other payroll systems. In this role, you will work with versatile clients also in an international operating environment. However, you do not need to be a ready-made expert in international payroll – the most important thing is the interest in learning new things and developing your skills in international payroll processes. We support your orientation and offer the opportunity to grow in the role. You will work with clients in both Finnish and English, so we expect fluent Finnish language skills and good English language proficiency. We would also like to hear about any special expertise, such as experience from different industries, payroll software, or client consulting. The final job description and title will be built based on your expertise and interests. We especially value a positive attitude toward customer service and good interaction skills. A consulting approach is natural to you, and you genuinely want to serve our clients well! You will be able to maintain and expand your expertise, as we offer our employees versatile and continuous training opportunities. A PHT degree is considered an advantage, but if you do not have one yet, we will support you in completing it if desired and reward the completed degree. We process applications during the application period and make a selection as soon as a suitable person is found, so please do not wait until the last application day.
