Private Banker

We serve over 36,000 clients across 30 locations with more than 220 investment professionals. We seek an experienced Private Banker for our Oulu office. The role includes building new client relationships, managing and developing long-term relationships with individuals and businesses, and offering tailored wealth management and planning services to support wealth growth and protection across market conditions. You will leverage Alexandria's diverse product range and partner expertise to meet clients' needs. The work is autonomous and goal-driven, with strong support from the organization, seasoned colleagues, and your supervisor. Successful performance requires proactive attitude and taking ownership of your work, with freedom to influence your schedule. Early in the career, you will be supported with an entrepreneurship-training module during which you are employed under a fixed compensation. What we expect from you: enjoy client work and networking; experience in long-term client work in finance and track record in sales; proactive, service-minded, and results-oriented; appropriate education or several years of experience in investing/wealth management; APV1 certification completed and readiness for APV2; excellent Finnish language skills; ability to understand regulatory guidelines in the investment services field; target-driven, service-minded, and determined to become a leading player in the financial sector in the Oulu area.
