Job Description
Would you like to play a key role in ensuring that customers receive excellent service and that our installers can focus on their work? Pro-Vision Finland Oy is a service company established in 2006, operating in Vantaa, specializing in AV and IT deliveries. We deliver, install, and maintain modern workplace solutions for companies, educational institutions, and public organizations. Our team includes over 20 installers and a group of professionals in project management, sales, and customer service. As we grow, we are now seeking a management assistant for customer and delivery coordination. In this role, you will help ensure our customers receive high-quality service and that our installers' daily work runs as smoothly as possible. You will work daily with customers, installers, management, and partners to ensure information flows to the right people at the right time. This position is central to the smooth operation of customer and delivery processes, and therefore, remote work is not available. Your tasks will include, among others: answering customer calls and emails, scheduling and coordinating maintenance and installation visits, supporting installers in daily practical matters, maintaining customer data in HubSpot, assisting with billing-related tasks, compiling materials for reporting, and coordinating daily project activities.
